1. Service description

Filtoria is an app that helps users fetch and review posts from X through tabs, conditions, AI filters, rewriting, summaries, and usage-limited hosted services. Filtoria is not affiliated with X Corp., Apple, Google, or Paddle.

2. Account connection

Some features require X account authentication. You are responsible for using an account you are authorized to access and for complying with X rules, developer policies, and applicable law. Filtoria may link subscription access to an X identity to enable restoration on another device.

3. AI output

AI filtering, rewriting, classification, and summaries may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. AI-formatted text is provided for personal viewing and productivity support. Users should check the original post before making decisions, responding publicly, or taking action based on AI output.

4. Prohibited use

• Harassment, spam, impersonation, illegal activity, rights infringement, or automated abuse.
• Using Filtoria to evade X rules, rate limits, or platform safety measures.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, attack, or bypass App Check, authentication, billing, or usage limits.
• Publishing AI-rewritten content in a way that misrepresents it as an original X post.

5. Subscriptions and usage limits

Hosted features may require a subscription. Plans include monthly usage limits for actions such as post reads, AI processing, reactions, and posting-related features. Limits may change to maintain service stability or comply with external API costs and rules. The purchase platform may display the final price, tax, renewal period, and cancellation process.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund handling depends on where the purchase was made. See the Refund Policy for App Store, Google Play, and Paddle guidance.

7. Availability and changes

Filtoria depends on third-party APIs and services, including X, AI providers, Firebase, Apple, Google, and Paddle. Features, limits, or availability may change due to technical, legal, cost, or policy reasons.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Filtoria is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. DevelopW is not responsible for third-party content, X account status, AI output accuracy, lost business opportunities, emotional distress caused by third-party posts, or indirect damages, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
