Filtoria
Refund Policy
Last updated: June 12, 2026
Refund handling differs by purchase platform. This page explains the common Filtoria support policy and platform-specific paths.
1. First step: identify the purchase platform
Please check whether the purchase was made through the App Store, Google Play, or Paddle. When contacting DevelopW, include the Filtoria support ID shown in the app and any receipt, order number, transaction ID, or purchase date that does not reveal sensitive payment details.
2. App Store purchases
Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are processed by Apple. Cancellation, renewal management, and refund requests are handled through Apple’s systems. DevelopW can investigate whether an entitlement was reflected in Filtoria, but DevelopW cannot directly issue App Store refunds outside Apple’s process.
3. Google Play purchases
Subscriptions purchased in the Android app are processed by Google Play. Cancellation and refund handling follow Google Play’s subscription and refund policies. DevelopW can investigate purchase reflection and entitlement status, but refunds are generally handled through Google Play or Google Play Console procedures.
4. Paddle purchases
For eligible desktop or web checkout purchases, Paddle may act as the merchant of record and payment processor. Paddle refund requests may be reviewed case by case. DevelopW may help verify the Filtoria entitlement status and may coordinate with Paddle when appropriate.
5. Non-refund cases
Unless required by law or by the applicable platform policy, refunds may not be available for a change of mind, unused remaining subscription time after cancellation, API changes outside DevelopW’s control, or usage that was already consumed.
6. Purchase not reflected
If a purchase was completed but not reflected in the app, contact DevelopW at developw@developw.net. DevelopW may ask for your support ID and platform-specific transaction information to check and repair entitlement status when a valid purchase record exists.
