DevelopW LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) explains below how information is collected and used in Filtoria (the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect and Use

The Service may collect or store the following information:

  • App settings
  • Tab settings and search conditions
  • AI filter settings
  • AI reply draft settings
  • Firebase anonymous user identifiers
  • X account identifiers
  • OAuth authentication information
  • Subscription status
  • Usage allowance counters
  • Support IDs
  • Error logs and security logs
  • Diagnostic information voluntarily submitted by users

2. Use of X Data

The Service uses the X API to retrieve post data.

Retrieved post text, metadata, search conditions, list settings, and related information may be used for display, search, caching, filtering, and related product functions.

3. AI Processing

When users use AI features, information necessary for those features—such as post text, search conditions, AI instructions, and information used to create reply drafts—may be sent to our backend or to AI providers.

AI features may include:

  • Browsing AI filters
  • AI reply drafts
  • AI text polishing
  • AI classification and summarization

Submitted information may be used to provide AI features, improve quality, prevent abuse, and analyze service issues.

4. Subscriptions and Usage Allowances

The Service may store the following information for usage allowance management, purchase verification, and abuse prevention:

  • Subscription status
  • Purchase history
  • Usage allowance counters
  • Wallet information
  • Support investigation information

5. Retention

Settings, usage allowance information, subscription status, and similar information are retained for as long as necessary to provide the Service.

Caches, AI results, and logs may be deleted or aggregated when they are no longer needed for service operation.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may use the following third-party services:

  • X API
  • X OAuth
  • Firebase
  • OpenAI
  • Google Gemini
  • Paddle
  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play

Each third-party service is governed by its own terms of service and privacy policy.

7. International Data Processing

User information may be processed outside Japan depending on the location of our servers or the servers of third-party service providers.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical measures, including authentication, App Check, server-side validation, and access controls, to protect information.

However, we do not guarantee complete security.

9. User Choices

Users may choose to:

  • Disable AI features
  • Delete tab settings
  • Disconnect X integration
  • Cancel subscriptions
  • Contact us regarding data deletion

Users may request deletion of user data retained by us. To request deletion, please contact us at our support email address.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as necessary.
